What are the shipping fee and delivery timeline?

All our products are intricately handcrafted in Jaipur by our skilled artisans.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, delivery destination, and the weight of the package. The total shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

Products available in stock are dispatched within 1-2 business working days. Custom made or products that need to be manufactured take around 2-3 weeks to be dispatched.

The item will be delivered within 5 to 10 days from the date it is shipped.

Whether multiple items from the same brand will be shipped together or separately depends on the product availability. Some orders may ship all items together in a single shipment, while others may be shipped separately based on availability or other factors.

Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply to their order. Toral Jewels is not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred during customs processing.
